Women's ministry
Our desire is to cultivate Deeper Life Women – women who are growing deeper in their relationship with the Lord and in meaningful connection with one another at CCGV.
A Deeper Life Woman lives with passion and purpose:
-She has a deep passion for her walk with the Lord and for her relationships with others, clearly reflected in the way she lives.
-She lives with an awareness of God’s purpose for her life and filters all she does through that calling.
-She seeks to remain focused on the Lord’s leading, striving to fulfill all that He is calling her to do and be.
We invite you to join us as we pursue this deeper life together and to get connected through the many opportunities available here.
It is our prayer that you will feel welcomed and embraced as you’re journeying with us, delving deeper into God’s Word and its application to our lives, walking more closely with our Savior, and cultivating deeper friendships with like-minded sisters in Christ.
Weekly Bible Study
“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works…” Hebrews 10:24
Each week as we gather, our heart is to create a space where women can grow closer to God and to one another. Whether you’re new or returning, we believe the Lord has something special for you in this season. Be expectant that God will speak to, refresh, and transform your heart.
Women’s Bible Study is available Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Register online or at the kiosks. Come a few minutes early to enjoy a time of fellowship, coffee, and refreshments!
Precept Upon Precept Inductive Bible Study
Precept – Precept Upon Precept Inductive Bible Study - Emma Bridenthal
This ministry is for women who desire to grow spiritually in the knowledge of God by learning truth inductively. If you have a heart that longs to know the Word of God in a deeper way, this is for you!
A particular book of the Bible will be studied verse-by-verse throughout each precept season. Precept meets on Mondays at 5:45 p.m. for refreshments and fellowship in the Calvary Cafe followed by a classroom-style teaching in the sanctuary at 6 p.m.
Please be mindful that this ministry will most effectively help you by regular and active completion of the study on your own time as well as the use of tools such as highlighters, notebooks, and colored pencils.

Not Alone Ministry
Not Alone is for widows designed by widows. We remind one another that God loves us and has a plan for us even in heartbreak. We are not alone – we have Jesus and each other!
Not Alone meets on the second Saturday of each month at 11 a.m. for a brown bag lunch in Calvary Café.

Hike and Devo
Our women’s hikes are a great way to fellowship and develop deeper friendships with like-minded sisters in Christ.
They typically occur on the third Saturday of each month. We meet at the front of the main building in the parking lot and carpool to the trail head.
